We are an Accounting practice and a team member is getting an error message when trying to log into MYOB AE Live (Forbidden Access).
Can you please advise how to correct this to enable access to online features and portals etc..
After speaking to a colleague of yours it appears the issue has been resolved.
Normally for an error like this we would try removing the email attached to the employee inside AE, and then add the email back in. Contacts>Employees>(Employee)>Edit my.MYOB details
After logging out then back into AE this should resolve the error.
Alternatvely it could be firewall settings on the workstation that is trying to access the AE Live. Some instructions to check this are located here: KB0017822 - Checking my Firewall settings for OnTheGo
