AE Reporter

Please provide a solution for a current AE Reporter file which will not open. We receive the following error message:

 

Roll forward is currently in progress for "client name".

 

We have expanded the .act file and verified the accounting file.

Please have a look at KB 26096 - How do I resolve the message "Roll Forward is currently in progress..."? which covers this topic and provides the steps needed to correct this issue.
