MYOB AO Error after Install. Program not opening.

Installed MYOB on a new Workstation running Windows 11 Pro. Installation was successful and ensured linked connections was set correctly. Also disabled UAC and AV to ensure no interference. 

 

When trying to run though, get the below/attached error and no prompt to login to MYOB AO.

 

Please advise how to fix asap. Thanks. 

 

Error Window:

System.IndexOutOfRangeException
Specified argument was out of the range of valid values

You may experience this error due to various reasons, especially when some key files are missing.

 

Please contact the support at 1300555666- Options 2 , 2 , 2 , 2 and one of our support should be able to resolve it for you.
