Emailing multiple invoices to the same email address

We are having issues with sending invoices and statements to clients where they might have a trust and a company and both entities have an invoice to be sent, but they are only receiving one of the invoices. Both entities have the same email address. When we check the sent mail box both have gone, but one seems to have ' ' around the email address. i.e. 'email@email.co.nz'. Any help would be appreciated.

I've not seen this issue before and it is common to have the same email address used for more than one contact.

 

In order to help resolve  your problem can you please call our support line on 1300 555 666 options 2 2 2 4.
