Returns from AO Classic are still able to be lodged, however this is by ELS only (not PLS). If you haven't upgraded your machine (if not, its definitely time to get onto that), you can lodge from within AO Classic.
However, if you are using a Windows 8 or Windows 10 machine, which uses Cisco AnyConnect, you won't be able to lodge directly from AO Classic. You will need to copy the files from where they are stored in Classic to New AO, and then lodge via ELS in New AO. It's not difficult, however there are a few steps, so I would recommend following the instructions in the article below:
