MYOB AO - unable to Prepare Estimate

Hi. In an individual’s return when I try to prepare an estimate, I get a thinking cursor then noting happens. When I try to validate return, it says error prepare an estimate. Not just one client happening on others too. Using version 2017.1 Please help!

MYOB Provided me with the fix.

It was the Article no:  33679
