Where to update the "Issued Capital" in Company Directory page when preparing the financial statement in AO?

Hi,

I've checked the Description File Maintenance page but couldn't find any code for "Issued Capital", i.e. 100 Ordinary Shares. Appreciate your advice.

Cheers,

Frank

Hi @FrankVCFO

Thank you for your recent post here on the Community Forum and your patience.

Updating the details for an account so that they appear correctly in the Company Directory in the Financial Statements you will need to do this via the Accounts Maintenance area within the General Ledger.

Then you will need to locate account 910/01 and change the description.  It is this description that is feeding into the Company Directory.

Thank you again for your patience and I hope that this information helps.

Cheers,

Esther
