The programme won't accept an email login. The email address and password I want to use does work on the MYOB website. But when I try to login to MYOB AO error says username or password is incorrect. I did the password reset and I was able to change the password but the programme still won't accept the username and password.

You cannot log into AO Classic using an email addres - it will still use the older "username" style login.
For AO, when you open the applicaiton, does it prompt for a Username and Password, or an "MYOB Login" and password?
If it is the former, then you would use the same login details you would likely use for AO Classic.
However, if its prompting for your MYOB Login, then the likely reason would be that your email address is not set up as attached to an employee inthe database you are attempting to log into.
Can other users log in successfully to that database?
