Stp report for final year is not matching my activity summary or payroll register. I have found 4 employee it’s affecting on there payment summaries to the amount of $140K I have gone through and checked the payroll reporting categories for stp and these are all correct any ideas on how I can fix this before tomorrow? Please feel free to message me. I have also pushed a $0 payroll to refresh with the ato with no change. HELP~! The payment summary amounts are coming up as correct. it is just the EOFY Finalisation that is coming up not correct.

I have the same issue. I have found that my Payroll Activity Report & Payroll Register report are out of balance.
I am now trying to figure out why and get further help on getting them to balance.
Possibly something for you to check also.

I ended up syncying the file and logging off - then when i logged back on checked if the report had been accepted by the ATO, i then refreshed and everything balanced.
