STP Finalisation error for 21/22

I have tried to finalise the STP payroll for 21/22 FY and keep getting an error CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.EM92168

There was a quarterly payroll for April to June 2022 which was also rejected.  I have rung the ATO and they say I may need to submit an empdupe file but can't see anywhere where I can do this?  Also one of the payroll EOFY figures are incorrect for an employee, I can't locate any payruns except the one for the quarter and it was not for the amount showing.  Not sure how to fix this problem

Thanks for reaching out. 

If you had not signed up for STP during that payroll year, you will encounter this error and will not be able to finalise your employees this way. 

Furthermore, as the option to create an emdupe file was removed from the software, you will need to speak with your financial advisor or the ATO on how your employees need to be finalised. Clients in the same situation have previsouly advised me they needed to complete and return a manual income statement form, however, you would need to confirm this with the ATO or your financial advisor.
