Re: Developer Inactive

Ah, if it's a new API Key you are using - all subsequent keys need to be approved by us. If you've sent the key through I'll go activate it right now Smiley Happy

Re: Developer Inactive

Hi @KeranM,

Thanks for reply,

Our app was working perfectly with all the settings good until we have upgraded our system to 2016.2.3. Does 'x-myobapi-version: v2' changes too with the upgrade? We wanted to test so we added 1 more app to access API so we had 3 apps to access api. Our app was verified by MYOB API Gateway earlier so we doubt our headers have any issue.

We are emailing the api key to developers@myob.com.

Thanks for assistance.

Regards,

OMS

Re: Developer Inactive

Hi there

If you are getting 'Developer Inactive' it's not because you've breached the API Limit (you'd get an email notifying you at 85% and 100% for that). Developer Inactive is when the API Gateway can't verify the API Key in your headers.

Best course of action is to email developers@myob.com with your API Key (never share your key in these forums) so the team can check the limit, status and other aspects of your key to help work out what's happening

Cheers

Hi there,

I think we have breached API limit, and this has cause our existing app to fail to work. Can you please sortout the issue so that we can have only two app able to access API. This is urgent.

Thanks,

Regards,

OMS
