Yes, we like to keep a record of requests, understanding use cases and loads.
This helps us in two ways. One: we have this information for our engineering teams to use for future infrastructure and API updates and Two: we have been known to make suggestions to your app to improve data flows.
Drop us a note, we're usually pretty quick at changing key limits

Is contacting the developer team via email the correct way to get the per second limit edited?
Or is this something that is locked in?
With my use case there is a chance of my customers hitting this per second limit if it is based per key, especially as they migrate away from the ODBC driver over the next 12 months.
in regards to the per second throttle limit, is this per the "App" as a whole ie the key or is per the "user" using the key making the call?
Eg. if I had a 100 customers using the same key and they all tried to make a call at the same time would this count as 100 calls per second or 1 call per second for 100 users?
Thanks in advance.
Yes the API some some call per second limitations and Call per day quotas
These are always open for discussion and are easily adjusted for your needs
Simply drop a note to email@example.com with your API Key and details about how you use the API and why you need the limits changed, and our team can quickly and easily modify these for you
about your myob api I know there is some call quantity limit per day.
my question is do you have any call quantity limit per minutes?
