Thanks for the reply. Just confirmed MYOB have not put the effort in to provide what should be available (ie the ability to email all customers from MYOB). The export of cards to Outlook was not a good solution as my 649 customers had to be added one at a time into a Contact Group.

Hi @TomHerrington,

Thanks for posting.

 

This depends on the version you are using. AccountRight and AccountEdge (Mac version) have mail merge functions however they are pretty antiquated for more information on this feature please see the help article for Personalised Letters.

On the other hand, MYOB Essentials (Web-based) do not have a mail merge function compared to the former two.

How do i mail merge a word documenmt into MYOB to email to all my customers?
