AccountEdge STP Certificate

Hi Everyone

 

We aware that some AccountEdge users are receiving connection errors or Error code 403; forbidden when trying to lodge payruns through STP.

 

To resolve this error you will need to follow the instructions in this help article, Installing and upgrading to the latest AccountEdge, under Installing the STP Certificate patch update.

 

Important reminder as mentioned on this post: We will no longer be providing support for AccountEdge from 1 April 2022, the AccountEdge v18.7 is the latest compliance update for that software. This does mean that changes to the Payroll Report (STP) that are required at the start of 2022 will not be included in the product range and therefore will make the software non-complaint from that date.
