Comfirmation code for AccountEdge Pro v13

Hi, the automated phone service for confirming company files is no longer automated. I have been on hold for 45 min . I know MYOB wants people to upgrade to Subscription plans but we have no need as we are retiring and are happy with this version . We still need to keep using for a few more years as small payments and bills are still being processed every few months.  

 

I am getting an error code 1202 when i try to confirm over the internet.
