Move Domain and DNS

As Myob Atlas is shutting down at the end of the month, can someone at support provide me with the details necessary to get my domain registration transferred away from Myob to a new registrar and also the details necessary to put in to the DNS at the new registrar to keep the current Atlas hosted website running until my new website is finished?

I've followed these intructions spent all day trying to transfer domain anywhere & it says my domain password is incorrect even when i copy and paste it directly.

I don't want to lose my domain name.. 

How can i move it please?

What will happen to my domain name if its not transfered?
