Some of our recurring transactions are not prefilling in the web browser. I have even tried creating a new tranaction in the browser in the same format and saving and this still does not prefil!

Hi @GAP230
We're aware of this issue for receive money transactions and our development team is working on resolving this permanently. In the meanwhile, the workaround is to record the Receive Money transaction manually and not create a recurring Receive Money transaction.

Still not working, but i have found a work around.
In the bank tranactions, find a previous transactions, open, go to save and duplicate, then you can update for your new transaction.

I was advised to use a different browser, which seems to work. I was using Chrome, which didn't recognise recurring transactions, but Bing does.
