I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it doesn't seem possible. When I try to call the phone number which I need to call in order to cancel, the automated response tells me to stay on the line and then hangs up on me. There also doesn't seem to be a way to email myob.
I don't think it should be this hard to cancel a subscription.

Hi there,
I cannot cancel my subscribtion (again), we cancelled it in October last year but just realised we have still been getting charged. Currently been on hold for over an hour and when I log onto the account the only thing it will let me do is log out, can't even get any of the details you are asking for.
We havent used the account this fiancial year and this is just another reason why.
Please can someone from MYOB contact me to resolve this. Seems very unethical.
