Purchases: Ability to generate a purchase order

LiveAccounts is a great package for small businesses and we love it.

One additional  feature will make it an awesome product: The ability to raise purchase orders then convert them to payable invoices once received.

It does my friends...

Just open a new purchase and fill in all the details. Attach the original quote if you want and then print.

You will get a nice document with "Purchase Order" printed on the top!

essentials should have the ability to generate purchase orders, we need to be able to do this and sent to our suppliers.

Add a PO form to Essentials as PO forms are essential to all businesses

Totally agree! This has been requested for YEARS by MANY!

It seems the request is falling on deaf ears. Dissapointed.

 Creating a Purchase Order is the same as creating a Bill.

Select Purchases, Create Bill and fill in the details (adding your pruchase order number in 'Invoice' window) and then click 'Print' button. This will bring up a PDF with Purchase Order at the top.

Then just attach to your email.

I can print purchase orders - but i want to email them. 

Can this feature be included in Myob Essentials?

I thought this would be basic requirement.
