Hi, I have upgraded to the new essentials and was previously using timesheets
several questions, this is so much harder than the old program!
how do i re-invite my staff to use the new myob team app?
how do i check who i set up as an approved manager?
does the approved mnager receive an email to set up the app too (on salary)?
do i have to set up the roster, etc before sending my team the email invite?
I have followed the videos and it all looks correct to me until i tried to do payroll
could someone please assist?

we have also recently started to try and use myob teams and timesheets, we found the software to be so un-user-friendly we can hardly believe it has been released like that. We also followed all of the videos and only accidentaly managed to get the employees under an approved manager, could also not work out how to send re-invites, had to create a new location and then delete employees from the old one. Last attempt to process the payroll has left us faced with the decision to either stay with MYOB and do manual payroll again without timesheets, or move to ZERO, we have emailed endless screen shots of the last attempt which shows hours not being taken across from timesheets accurately, some were even taken back to zero, those staff would have been impressed if we had not checked it all and corrected everything, no response from the support member giandavid not even an automated response to our email. Very disconcerting. not sure where to turn now. If you deemidd have found some solutions please pass them on to us, we would be most appreciative, my 2 hour phone call to the phillipines led to nothing last time also.

If you get a response about MYOB Team let me know.. I have been trying to fix all sorts of issues and nothing. We've established that for a free app it's useless.
