EOM and emails not working!

Just great MYOB, just great... how can you continue to charge us for a system that is so faulty and unreliable.

End of month and unable to email invoices. Guess i'll have to go through the 10 step process of saving and emailing from another program. This upgrade has done nothing but make my job harder by making the accounts more time consuming. Does anyone know a forum where we can talk about migrating from MYOB to another reliable accounting program such as Quickbooks or Xero?

We are aware of an issue where sent emails are not being received by customers. Our teams are investigating and working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

why do you keep on copying and pasting the same thing you have been for weeks and weeks ?

 

Why doesnt it seem to concern you or ineed anyone else at myob that the product you keep billing people for doesnt even work ?

I was thinking the same, trying to export my data to another platform, but they have locked it down so you can't escape!

Has this been resolved. It appeared to have been from your "update post" link but my clients are reporting they are not receiving my statements and need them!!

No!!

I still have invoices telling me that it is still sending after nearly 3 hours!

 It was working, but not today.
