Format data field columns in essentials invoice

Good afternoon,

Am I able to import a word or pdf document with the appropriate data fields to use as my default invoice?.

The current data fields and column names do not fit my business.

MYOB Business templates can be created via Sale settings>>Templates. Within here you can select the desired template and update various aspects of the template such as header information, adding a logo... 

In terms of the actual column headers, these are not able to be changed at this time. In addition to that, you would not be able to import a third-party template such as Word or Excel into MYOB Business for use. A template does need to be generated using the Sales setting>>Template option.
