I dont know how much more I can take with this new supposedly updated software - in essense it is terrible and a step backwards from what we had before which also wasnt that great, but this is worse.
We require immediate payment for direct deposit payments so that means we put a due date of only 3 days from invoice date just to allow bank transfer delays. I keep changing the terms to 3 days, click save as default, and the next invoice is back to 14 days. There have been times where I didnt realise it had changed again and then embarrassingly, have had to email the customer saying the first invoice has been cancelled and a new one issued - this is not very professional at all. I know MYOB have been told of this, but months later, its not fixed. Why? Yes, I use Chrome and have cleared the cache multiple times (standard question from MYOB, not helpful).
This has to be rectified as a matter of urgency - how about MYOB charge us a lower monthly fee while they work out all of the bugs in this software?
Secondly, we used to be able to apply our theme colour to our invoices, to match our business cards and letterheads etc, now the invoices are B&W and look pretty basic. I cant see anywhere to get the colour back - please direct me (shouldnt be this hard - it was easy with the previous version.
Many other glitches and bugs found, but at the moment I feel the invoice terms is the most important, pressing problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not liking the upgraded platform. There is a script our team can run over your file to have the invoice terms updated in the background, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number so I can have this arranged.
In regards to customising your invoice templates, our help article Sales settings has information and instructions on how this can be done in your software.

Also, just had a look at the sales settings. The layout only allows me to choose between services or services and items. It was already set on services which is correct, but there was nowhere to add logo's and colours which is what I want to do - I just want the invoices and quotes to look like they did on the old version, not this cheap looking generic B&W form. Please provide the correct link to do this. Thanks

Please try this private message link. The sales settings link I've attached has a list of 4 dot points which direct you to different help articles with information on each window within the sales settings menu, if you click on Set up your sales templates, this link has information on how to set up the templates by selecting the feature colours, header text, logos etc.

That script has now been run over the file with serial number ending in #1748, default terms have been set to 3 days. If this is not correct please let us know and we'll be happy to run that script again.
