Invoices not showing in business essentials

Hi All,

I have recently started running business essentials and it has been running fine, but recently I've noticed some invoices aren't showing in the invoice summary screen after being created and paid, if I search the customer the invoice shows but as soon as I go back to ALL in the selection box they disappear again??? any suggestions would be great

Hi @NDMA1,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! To troubleshoot can you please clear your browser cache and check to see if the same thing happens. If it does can you try via a different browser. 

 

If neither of these steps work can you please attach screenshots of the window and the invoice so we can take a look into this for you.
