MYOB Essentials - App - setting up a side business

Hi There,

Can anyone help me with this query.  I have the MYOB Essentials program and I am using the App to prepare invoices and make payments, without using my computer.  Its amazing.  I have found out that I can have multiple businesses using the same App, where I can switch from one business to my second business.  The problem that I have is I can't create a new invoices with my second business.  What do I need to do?

Are you getting any error messages while trying to create invoices from the second business? If yes, please attach a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.
