Hi there

 

I had this issue fixed earlier this week by having a new script run. I have just taken a cheque payment but no receipt has appeared for priniting. Are you able to take another look

Hi there

 

The script has been run twice for us this week but today I have taken 3 payments and receipts are only appearing for 2. Could there be another issue as this fix does not seem to be working

Hi @DMaree

 

At the moment the current resolution is for us to have the script run over the file, are you able to confirm the file ID of the file so I can re-run the script. (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
