Sales Recurring, Blank Row and Header line

At the moment you cannot save a recurring transaction after creating a Sales Invoice if you have a blank line inserted even though you have something typed in that row.  At present we choose to create a blank line that appears after the transaction line to input details for this particular and future invoices.  We then have to delete the transaction line so the blank line appears above the account allocations you will be inputting.

The above could be fixed by allowing a Header Line to be input as we do in AccountRight?

I am sure other Myob users would appreciate a Header line in both the Sales and Purchases command centres

Re: Sales Recurring, Blank Row and Header line

Hi @Kollox

At this stage, the inclusion of blank lines does not let the recurring transaction be saved and results in an error. If you type something in the blank row, the invoice can be saved as a regular invoice and not recurring.

This has been passed on to our development teams and we will post an update once anything regarding this changes. If you encounter any other problems, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.

Kind regards,
Komal
