Unable to email invoices in MYOB essentials, to clients previously emailed nothings has changed

Unable to email invoices in MYOB essentials, created 10 January 2022, to clients previously emailed nothing has changed.

 

The mesage comes up saying...

An unrecognised error occurred - unknown error code

If you're still getting this error, can you confirm if it's happening for some specific clients or all of them? I would also recommend clearing the browser cache or switching browsers and checking if it then resolves the issue.
