Unable to log into my myob essentials

Whats going on???  Cannot login to essentials, just get a blank page....

You should verify the email address you use to access MYOB Essentials. This problem means that there isn't anything for you to log into since the email address you need to enter into MYOB Essentials hasn't been connected to a MYOB Essentials Business. Make sure you are using the email address you used to sign up for MYOB Essentials Business if you are experiencing this issue. You can invite that email address to the MYOB Essentials according to MYOB Essentials if it hasn't been configured to use a MYOB Essentials Business.
