Hi Myob Essentials has duplicated my contacts after uploading a CSV contacts with updated email details.
How do i merge the contacts?
- i can't delete them becayse they have sales against their names.

Thank you for your post. You are correct that merging contacts is not possible in Essentials. I can only suggest to change the duplicate card to inactive.
I would usually recommend posting this as a feature request on the ideas exchange but can see it has already been posted. Feel free to respond to that post so the developers know which features our subscribers would find most useful.
