Can't confirm Company file

Hi 

I have an old version of MYOB and I want to get a confirmation code for the company file. The phone confirmation used to be automated but now it looks lkie you need to wait on a queue for ages just to get the code. Any halp would be appreciated.

• Company file ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)
• primary contact name
• business name
