Cannot access file

Hello 

 

I have an employee that has been added as a user in a MYOB file but they are not able to see this file in their list of files. 

 

We have had issues accessing this data file since the upgrade from MYOB Essentials to MYOB Accounting.

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Employees email address that is having issues
