Closing of accounts

1. The Mallowdale Trust

2. Mallowdale Enterprises Ltd

3. The Dale D'Rose Trust.

All 3 accounts are charged monthly to my BNZ Visa Card in the name of P M Smith - card no xxxxxxxxxxxx5297.
