MYOB so slow can't do work on clients file

What is going on with MYOB essentials.  I tried to use it yesterday and when i go to bank feeds the circle goes around and around then says whoops there was an error.  I left it hoping it would be better today.  It is not.  I can get into bank feeds and reports sometimes but takes minutes to build and still at times says whoops there has been an error.  I am not the only staff member in this office having issues with this.  I need to get super lodged today and wanting to do BAS work but finding it very slow and difficult to use.

Thank you for the post and welcome to Community Forum! We are aware that some users have been unable to see their bank feed transactions. This has now been resolved and you should be able to see those transactions now.
