Payment not accepted and continual 'issues with your account'

We spent an hour on the phone for one account, and we still have one account that won't work. 

We enter credit card details and it accepts them, but here we are two days later, account showing as suspended. 

 

Please help!

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address
  • Screenshot of the error message you're receiving
