Hello.
I have moved to a new iPhone and I am being asked to complete a two-factor authentication when logging into MYOB on my laptop. However, I cant get my authenticator up and working. I clciked on the "try another way" option in MYOB which led me to a phone support number and the 75 minute expected wait. How can I get access to MYOB please?

If you continue to have problems can you please tell me what's is happening with the authenicator app, are you getting any messages or errors?
