Unable to access company in MYOB Essentials

I logon to essentials and go to switch business, but my second company is not there. How can I access this business? it has the same email logon as my other comapny that appears in MYOB essentials when logging in

Can you please send me your product serial number and login email address by Private Message so we can check what's wrong?
