I am unable to create a new bill, error message

Create a bill error

Hi - I am unable to create a bill from the in tray in the online browser? I have called customer support and was on hold for 33mins before I hung up. Can someone please let me know ASAP when this problem is corrected?

 

I have refreshed the browser, logged out etc.

Same here. I wait on the phone for 41min then hang up.

I was in que 6 for whole time....

I am having the same problem as well.  I have tried using a different browser and still get the same message as everyone else !!!!

The desktop version is working okay at this point. Not much help for those (ie our staff) that only have browser access.
