Updated customer and contacts list

The updates have totally scrambled my contact and customer lists. My customers are Legal Firms. My practice has been to bill the individual solicitors within each legal firm. I now have to make each individual solicitor within the legal firm a separate customer which means I can't search the legal firms and keep track of what is owing by a legal firm. 

Why shouldn't I change accounting software to a more intuitive and user friendly platform. This is the last straw for me. I have put up with too much from MYOB!!!

I don't expect a response based on the appalling lack of service in the past.

I used to be able to search contact within a company and send an invoice direct to that contact. I could also search or get a report by both the contact and the company. I can no longer do that.

You will need to create a contact card for each user whom you would like to send a bill.
