MYOB does not ahve any updated trasnactions and when I go onto bankfeeds it says 'awaiting bank' but bank says that it is ready, and working

Thanks for your post. So I can take a look into this for you can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and last 4 digits of the bankfeed bank account you're having issues with.
