Acitvity Statement Obligation Screen

Since the new update the Activity Statement Obligations Screen under Tax wont open, comes up with an error "check Event log or contact MYOB Support".

 

I have checked the event log and the error is referring to multiply ABN's and TFN's being dupcliated which is causing the error. This screen pulls the data from the ATO so unsure how it can produce this error code.

Would you mind clearing the cache and then giving it another try? You can find steps on how to do this here- Refresh your cache.

 

If this doesn't work for you, would you mind providing me with the error code so I can look further into this for you? Or even a screenshot of the error message?

Can I please confirm which product you are using?
