Bank feeds transactions in wrong account

HI All,

Looking for some help. I have my bank feeds set up to show as going in my bank account but for the month of December last year it shows as going in to the "electronic clearing account". This is the only month to do this. These were bank statments that were imported. All the transactions have been allocated but I can not reconsile them due to the wrong account. Is there a way to change the account from electronic clearing account  to my bank account without deleting the whole month and starting again.

Hi @JSMAuto 

 

When importing a bank statement file you do select the bank account that the transactions are placed against. If the account that was initially selected was incorrect you would need to delete the import of that statement and then re-import against the correct account. You are not able to move across those transactions to another bank account.
