Blocked Customer Email Contact

A customer with a yahoo email account, suddenly has stopped receiving our invoices, other receipients receipt their copies. Our customer has checked their system, MYOB or us are not blocked in any way. I have to forward my copy from my outlook system on each occasion. The undelivered emails are returned Diagnostic-Code rejected.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. My email address is mikedean@iinet.net.au

Hi @MikeDEAN 

 

Thank you for your post.

 

If the receiver has ensured that the email noreply@apps.myob.com is whitelisted, then we can check if their emails are too whitelisted from our end. To do that can I please get you to send me a private message with the email addresses that are being rejected and I will look into this for you.
