Cancel subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription but when I called to the customer service I had to wait for so long and I don't have time to hold the phone like as I need to work too. Can you cancel yhe subscription for me now please for Chayanee Toys: serial number is and also the other company which is  and the serial number is .

Hi, does anyone have an email address for MYOB accounts? I would like to cancel my MYOB subscription, but I am unable to speak to MYOB.

Hi Steven,

 

Thank you for your email. I did have one (1) missed call from MYOB last week. Could you please confirm that the subscription has now been cancelled?  If you check my account you will see that I have not used MYOB since december 2018, but the monthly fee is being deducted.

 I am happy to pay MYOB another two months of fee as payment for your assistance with this cancellation, provided that you can confirm that the cancellation has been completed.

 Alternatively please provide a mailing address or an email address so that the subscription can be canceleld in writing.

MYOB Essentials subscription ending in 0344, has been cancelled as per the MYOB Essentials Terms of Use. An email was sent to yourself to confirm that and for your records. This request was actioned on 07/07/2020.
