Hi Support, I have an essentials file that hasnt received bank feeds from ANZ account since 17th June 2019, can you advise how this can be fixed?

Thanks for your post. At the moment we are not experiencing any technical issues with our Bank feeds in Essentials. The frequency of updates is based on the banking institution which may be why it had not updated by a certain time. Are you still experiencing an issue with this?
