Read Only status

Like some other users on here I also have been relegated to "Read Only" status despite my subscription details being up to date & payment made. I tried phoning the 1300 number yesterday only to be on hold for 25+mins each of the 3 times I rang! I also tried sending a private message to a moderator I noticed had replied to a similar problem but still waiting on reply....can someone please help me out here - I have clients I need to invoice asap.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. So that I can look into this can you please send me the following information by private message:

 

  • serial number
  • business name
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
