Spend Money Bug - just creates spinning wheels.

When I try to create a spend money transaction from my in tray I just get spinning wheels. Same occurs if I try to add an attachment to an item straight from my bank feed.

Please advise a solution.

Thanks

Hello @Reubenr

Thanks for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forums.  I hope you will find it to be a wealth of information and collective knowledge.

In trying to find more information about your issue, I found this post on our AccountRight boards In tray documents not loading that may help explain a bit better what could be going on with your spinning wheels situation.

You may wish to have a look at it to see if any of that information is useful to you, or if there is any more information that you can elaborate on in regards to what is happening/not happening when you encounter this.

Cheers,
Andrew

Re: Spend Money Bug - just creates spinning wheels.

Hello @Reubenr

After bringing this up with one of our specialists, are you able to try a few things for us and provide certain information please?

Please open Essentials again using Google Chrome, and try to create a spend Money transaction again from your in Tray.

When the Spinning happens, you can right click anywhere on the page and click “Inspect Element

If you click into the Console Tab can you please take a screenshot of this window and post it to the forums so that our team can look into things more?

Thank you.  We appreciate your assistance and taking the time in providing these extra details so we can investigate further.

Cheers,
Andrew

SOLVED - your lead helped me figure out it was my windscribe adblocker. The funny thing was that create bill always worked.

Thank you!

Re: Spend Money Bug - just creates spinning wheels.

Hello @LucyMik

Thank you for your reply to the private messages, and am thrilled that the assistance in finding a temporary work around in manually performing spend money you received from the help line was well received as we looked to find the cause for your issue.

I am glad to hear that disabling the antivirus on your computer allowed you to successfully get everything to work correctly, and that after successfully getting it to work again, that it still worked after re-enabling your antivirus.

I hope you don't mind that I share your findings here on the forums to help others that may also have this issue in the future find answers.  If you ever have need again in the future, please don't hesitate to post again.

Cheers,
Andrew
