Super Portal error message

Super Portal error message

When I try and upload my super contributions it keeps giving me a red error message across the top of the screen saying HTML not supported. Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong as it's doing my head in!

I'll refer this to MYOB Support - in the meantime, try using another browser, such as Google Chrome

I only use Chrome. It now shows 4 entries on the historic contributions page all with red ! marks saying INVALID FORMAT. I can't see how it's invalid, I followed the instructions to the letter.

Sorry to hear you are having issue uploading files in MYOB Super Portal. 

 

It is indeed a strange error message you've received, in order for us to investigate further, could you please provide the following information:

 

- At which step did you receive the error message? 

- Please confirm the super file is saved in .csv format.

- If you go to Essentials Accounting and download the super file again, without renaming the file or changing any other settings, then upload the file to Super Portal again, does it make any difference?

- Screenshots of the issue will be most helpful.

Hi

 

I am also getting the same error message. It occurs once the file is trying to upload so it won't go any further. Any assistance with this would be helpful. Is it a Mac issue? File is saved as it says.

Please allow me to extend you a very warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it an useful tool.

 

Sorry to hear you are also having this error message when uploading the super contribution file. Just to confirm, did the issue occur to you at Step 5 described in this Help article Make Superannuation payments? Was the contribution file renamed or edited after it was saved? If you browse to the file location, does the file name remain SuperContribution.csv? 

 

In order for us to investigate further, could you please provide a screenshot of the particular error message you've received, and send us the .csv file in question so we can look into it? You can send the file to socialmedia@myob.com, attention to me if you like.
