MYOB Subscription Invoicing Error

Hi Invoicing team

 

We have had 2 x subscription amounts deducted from our account for July 2021 for the Accountright Live Recurring Subscription we have.  When I access My.Myob and go to invoicing that particular invoice is not there although we have received a copy via email.  To add to this that particular invoice states it has not been paid?

 

Can we have some feed back please?

 

EDIT: The payment has been returned.  Disregard!
