Is there any way to update the email template that is sent to the client when you send a BAS out for acceptance via the document portal?
I would like to change the wording and add some more terms and I would like this to be applied across all BAS sent out for digital acceptance. I'm struggling to find where this template is located and it's not in "settings, templates".
I do not want to have to manually insert wording for every single BAS that I send out for acceptance.
Currently, the email the client receives looks like this:
ALISON KENNEDY | 25/01/2023 Please find attached your Activity statement for Oct – Dec 2022. We’re ready to lodge it, but need your approval first. Click View task below to sign in to your portal and review the documents. If everything’s correct, click Approve in the portal – this authorises us to lodge it with the ATO. You can then pay the ATO directly. (To avoid penalties, make sure you pay by the due date.) If paying via BPAY, use the following details:
